2023 is the Year of the International Montessori Conference in Bangkok IMC2023, 12-15 July 2023
Our goal is to present all Montessori Schools and Activities in one place in Thai and in English so that the world community can see a complete picture of Montessori in Thailand.

In 2015 Kannekar Butt presented a Thailand map showing many schools with AMI-trained staff. Since 2015 many years have passed and perhaps new schools have been introducing the Montessori Method which we probably haven’t covered and found/located until now. If you are working or leading a school and it is not on our map right now we would appreciate it if you could contact us with your address and location, Facebook, website, and other information about your school if you have.

Please send us Images (or links to images on Facebook) of your Montessori Classroom, video links (Youtube/Facebook) if you have them, address, some history about your school, and why and since when you are using the Montessori Method in your school. The information can be in the Thai language and we will translate it here into the English Language too. Later you will be able to manage your website and also your space on https://Montessori.Zone by yourself. We hope to finish all websites until May 2022, Just in time with the new school year.

NOTE: There are many ways to get trained and to run a Montessori Classroom. Some even do it without any training because they can’t afford one but are interested and fascinated by the Montessori Method, others get trained online and in other institutions than AMI. Montessori Thailand is for ALL!!! of them to be listed and on the About Page, every school can state if their teachers are trained and by whom they got trained. To spread Montessori in Thailand we need a lot of idealism, energy, and most of all people who love to LIVE the Montessori way, rather than having it manifested on a sheet of paper hanging on a wall. So please don’t hesitate to contact us if you run a Montessori Classroom (especially in a Public or NGO School) even you haven’t been trained until now. The initiative counts!
